Role Overview:

The Vice President for Privates for Wealth will lead the end-to-end development and execution of solutions integrating private markets into the wealth management segment. This role will work closely with the Managing Director and external partners to ensure seamless delivery of innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the strategy for integrating privates into the wealth segment platform, including data flows, reporting, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with client needs and strategic objectives.
• Manage the design and delivery of proof-of-concept initiatives, and oversee their implementation into scalable solutions.
• Coordinate with external partners and internal stakeholders to address gaps and enhance interoperability across platforms.
• Provide subject matter expertise on private market solutions tailored for wealth advisors and clients.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in private markets, wealth management, or investment technology.
• Proven track record of delivering end-to-end solutions for complex financial services projects.
• Strong understanding of wealth management platforms, private market integration, and regulatory considerations.
• Hands-on experience in private market integrations: Proven ability to design and implement data flows, client reporting tools, and platform interoperability for private market solutions.
• Expertise in end-to-end system integration: Skilled in mapping data workflows, resolving system gaps, and ensuring seamless integration of private market capabilities into wealth platforms.
• Proficiency in technical project execution: Adept at translating technical requirements into actionable solutions, including data modelling, API integration, and system testing for private wealth applications.
• Excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills.

Salary Range:
$115,000 - $190,000 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
