KBR’s National Security Solutions team provides high-end engineering and advanced technology solutions to customers in the intelligence and national security communities. The Task Manager will be part of the Program Management office supporting a government client in Maryland. Responsibilities include facilitating the client’s task management processes, ensuring timeliness and quality of task execution, coordinating with organizational elements to deliver responses, solving complex and unique problems using specialized knowledge or skills, and establishing priorities for task completion. Required qualifications include a current and active TOP SECRET / SCI federal security clearance with Polygraph, five or more years of relevant experience with the IC or DoD, and a bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related discipline. Desired qualifications include national security policy, IC budget and finance experience, senior/executive leadership communications and decision management experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent planning, organization, and time management skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities. This is a contingent position based upon contract award.
