WE ARE HIRING!!! Childress Insurance Agency is looking to hire another Personal Lines Agent / CSR. Your duties would include quoting and selling insurance policies. You would also be servicing current clients, educating our clients on the details of their policies, explaining their insurance coverage, and offering additional coverage as needed. You would process service requests from personal lines clients as well as look for cross-sell opportunities. You would shop their renewals as needed with our other insurance companies to make sure that we are doing the best that we can for each client. Our ideal candidate for this position is a licensed insurance agent who has at least two years of experience working in an insurance agency. If you live in the Cabot area and are working for an insurance agency in Little Rock and are tired of fighting the traffic every day, this is your opportunity! We offer a great compensation package that includes health insurance, dental, vision, and life insurance along with short and long term disability. We offer up to three weeks of paid time off in addition to holidays and your birthday off. You must be a people person, someone who enjoys helping others, be very detail-oriented, and be a great multitasker. Pay will range from $35,000 base pay to $50,000 plus you have the opportunity to earn monthly bonuses and commission.
