Job Description
Experience of up to 2 years is necessary for this position. As a Copier Service Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and functionality of copier machines utilized by our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting services for copier machines.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve any issues or errors.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and software malfunctions.
- Replace and install parts and components as needed.
- Educate customers on copier operations and basic troubleshooting techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including service reports and parts used.
- Collaborate with the service team to meet service level agreements and customer expectations.
- Stay updated with the latest copier models and technologies through ongoing training and development.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions carefully.
- A valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Must have reliable transportation to travel to customer locations in the DFW area.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) occasionally.
