Position Overview:

CRH Anesthesia, a WELL Health USA company, is a fast-growing company providing anesthesia support to several locations in 20 states. We are looking for a dedicated and organized individual to join our Credentialing team as a Credentialing Specialist . This position can either be based out of Atlanta, GA or remote based in one of the other 19 states we provide anesthesia services in.

The Credentialing Specialist will report to the Manager of Credentialing and Senior Director of Recruiting and will work on ensuring all our providers are profiles are up to date and reappointments are submitted on time across all facilities at CRH.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Reviews and processes applications for provider reappointments
• Focuses on follow-up, follow through and achievement of stringent deadlines
• Reviews and analyzes provider credentialing file for completeness, accuracy, issues, and changes
• Administers re-credentialing of Physicians and CRNAs for ASCs both through Portal and with paper applications
• Updates provier profiles in Verity CredentialStream software

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Minimum 4+ years’ experience in provider credentialing
• Previous experience with provider credentialing/enrollment software (i.e. VerityStream)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Highly effective communicator with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders in various organizations
• Must be able to work well under pressure in a very fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Possess strong problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills
