Our client, Baird Foundation Repair, has been a trusted name in the Texas foundation and concrete repair industry for over 50 years, and they are seeking a Commercial Sales Specialist to join their dynamic team. 

As a Commercial Sales Specialist at Baird Foundation Repair, you will play a pivotal role in driving B2B sales and growing Baird's brand in the commercial space. You will be responsible for managing sales activities, fostering client relationships, and negotiating contracts to drive revenue growth.

What You'll Do as a Commercial Sales Specialist: 

• Business Development: Develop a network of industry professionals, such as engineers, architects and contractors to build trust and ultimately create sales leads. 
• Close Deals: You will build rapport, demonstrate expertise, determine customers’ needs, propose solutions, follow up on open proposals, and work to close those sales. 
• Coordinate all paperwork, contracts and data entry. 
• Act as a liaison between the client and the logistics/production teams to schedule projects. 
• Serve as a point of contact for commercial customers. 
• Provide tactical support for the Production Department. 
• Live out the company's purpose, mission and values on a daily basis. 

What We Are Looking for in the Ideal Candidate:

• 2+ years of successful B2B sales preferred or experience as a Project Manager. 
• Proficiency operating a CRM system. 
• Experience building out bids in a B2B setting. 
• Outbound calling experience. 
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
