Pay:

• $19.00-21.00/HR

Schedule: 

• 10/12 hour shifts, must be open and flexible! Days. 

Job Duties/ Requirements: 

• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on grain handling equipment, including conveyors, elevators, spouts, and bucket systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including motors, sensors, control panels, and automation components.
• Conduct welding and fabrication work to repair or modify equipment as needed.
• Maintain and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems used in grain handling and storage.
• Ensure proper lubrication and servicing of mechanical components to prevent breakdowns.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with grain dryers, aeration systems, and other grain conditioning equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
• Collaborate with operations staff to ensure efficient grain flow and minimize disruptions.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and follow all company safety protocols.
• Document maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment inspections accurately.
• Assist in installation and upgrades of new equipment or system modifications.
• Respond to emergency maintenance needs in a timely and efficient manner.
• Work in various environmental conditions, including heights, confined spaces, and dusty environments.
