SUMMARY

We’re looking for a skilled and versatile Video Production Specialist to join our in-house video marketing team. This is a full-time role that requires frequent domestic and international travel, mostly on weekends, to film on-location at client practices. You’ll handle every stage of production—from lighting and filming to editing and final delivery—helping to bring our clients’ stories to life. This position is perfect for someone who’s passionate about creating engaging, high-quality video content and is confident working both independently and within a creative team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct on-site interviews, testimonials, b-roll, and practice footage with professionalism and efficiency.
• Travel a minimum of 4x a week (including weekends) to client practices across the U.S. and occasionally abroad using company-provided gear.
• Conduct on-site production set up and operate cameras, audio equipment, and lighting for on-site video production.
• Perform post-production editing via Adobe Premiere Pro with direction from the creative team including but limiting to audio syncing, color correction, incorporation of music.
• Work closely with the Video Manager, Creative Director, Account Managers, and Project Coordinators.
• Ensure logical sequencing and story telling
• Continuously discover and implement new editing techniques and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency while producing the highest quality of work.
• Ability to manage your time and projects to ensure we meet deadlines consistently.
