Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Traveling Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects at various locations. As a key member of our construction team, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards. This role requires frequent travel to project sites, where the Superintendent will play a crucial role in coordinating and supervising all construction activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 15 years’ experience in construction projects preferred
• Proficiency in construction project management software.
• Exceptional time management, communication skills, and decision-making prowess.
• Collaborative aptitude for working with project teams, stakeholders, and subcontractors.
• In-depth knowledge of OSHA safety standards and regulations.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.
