This position reports to the property manager.\n\nPrimary Responsibilities Include:\n\nGreeting prospective residents, conducting tours, and identifying their housing needs\nAssisting with leasing paperwork, including applications, lease agreements, and background and credit checks\nCollecting rent, security deposits, and other move-in fees\nCommunicating lease terms and community policies to new and existing residents\nFollowing up with prospects who haven t leased\nEnsuring apartments are move-in ready by inspecting, and adding last minute touches when appropriate\nImplementing creative marketing techniques to attract new residents\nManaging lease renewals and resident retention efforts\nResponding promptly to all calls, emails, and inquiries\n\nIdeal candidates have backgrounds in leasing, property management, customer service, sales, or hospitality.
