Job Description
Position Title: Spa Attendant
Minimum Requirements: The Spa Attendant is responsible for enhancing the guest experience throughout the guest visit to the spa. The attendant will:
- Promote cleanliness and well-being throughout the spa and fitness center
- Stock and replenish guest supplies, linen and towels throughout the spa
- Assist concierge team with providing tours of the spa to arriving guests
- Assist guests in the women's spa locker room with provision of amenities and directions
- Assist service professionals with escorting guests between areas of the spa
- Effectively communicate and have direct interaction with guests from all around the world
Physical Requirements: - Stand/walk for an entire shift
- Lift 25 pounds
- Push/Pull linen carts
- Bending/stooping/kneeling
- Work outdoors for a partial shift
- Maintain cleanliness in the spa using appropriate equipment and cleaning products
