We are hiring for summer interns starting in May, must be local to Chicago and available to work in-person. Must have weekend availability. About Us: We are a growing Chicago Restaurant Group, home to four unique concepts: Parlor Pizza Bar, Dessert Dealer, Texan Taco Bar, and RiNo Bar. We're seeking creative individuals to join our team as Social Media Interns! This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the hospitality industry while contributing to the growth and success of our diverse concepts. We're searching for 2 interns, and we're open to a variety of skills! If you're into content creation - awesome. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to develop and execute social media strategies for each concept Create engaging and visually appealing content for various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok and LinkedIn Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns and promotions Help develop and maintain a content calendar Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and engage with our online community Generate innovative ideas for content and promotions that align with each concept's brand identity Utilize graphic design skills to develop eye-catching visuals for social media posts, flyers, emails and more Assist with influencer and brand partnerships Research trends and develop creative ways to align them with our brands Monitor social media analytics and prepare reports on the performance of campaigns Source user-generated content Attend and cover special events hosted by the restaurant group for social media content Qualifications: Strong interest in social media marketing, content creation, and the restaurant/hospitality industry Creative mindset with a passion for developing engaging and shareable content Must be available to work on-site at venues in downtown Chicago: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and weekend availability Basic graphic design and editing skills using tools such as Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite - a big plus Must be comfortable on camera and appearing in content Must be 21 years or older Benefits: Competitive pay for duration of internship Valuable hands-on experience in social media marketing and the restaurant industry Opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of multiple restaurant concepts Networking opportunities in the Chicago food and beverage scene Restaurant Discounts How to Apply: Interested candidates should submit their resume, a casual cover letter, and a portfolio (if available) showcasing relevant social media/ content creation or graphic design work to [abrandfass@phgchicago.com ].
