Job Description

Texas Standard is Texas’ clothing brand built to deliver high-quality gear while giving back to the state we call home. We’re looking for a creative and driven Social Media & E-Commerce Intern to join our team and help grow our brand’s digital presence.

This role is perfect for someone with a passion for social media, content creation, and e-commerce. You’ll gain hands-on experience producing engaging content for Instagram and TikTok, optimizing product listings, and analyzing performance data—all while working with a fun and dedicated team. If you love storytelling, digital marketing, and Texas style, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop high-quality, on-brand content (photos, videos, reels, carousels, and stories) for Instagram and TikTok.
  • Capture in-store experiences by showcasing product highlights, customer moments, and special events.
  • Engage with the community by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions, reinforcing our brand’s authentic voice.
  • Add, update, and manage media to enhance product listings and ensure a seamless shopping experience.
  • Optimize online product descriptions for clarity, SEO, and engagement.
  • Conduct A/B testing on product pages and online assets to improve conversion rates.
  • Assist in online merchandising efforts, including product placement and categorization.
  • Support e-commerce marketing initiatives, including email campaigns and social media promotions.
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement strategies that drive traffic and sales.

Who You Are
  • Passionate about social media and storytelling, with a knack for creating engaging content on Instagram and TikTok.
  • Comfortable using tools like Canva or Adobe Suite to shoot and edit photos and videos.
  • A clear communicator who can engage with our audience and respond to comments in a friendly, authentic way.
  • Curious about trends and eager to learn what makes content shareable and popular.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with an ability to track performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Familiar with e-commerce basics, including product management and SEO.
  • A team player who enjoys collaborating and supporting creative projects.
  • Bonus points if you have an interest in outdoor, Western, or lifestyle apparel.
