THE POSITION

The City of Moreno Valley is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to join our Public Safety Division on a temporary basis. This role involves performing a range of technical and administrative tasks with a high degree of independent accountability to support the department's functions and processes. Key responsibilities include acting as a liaison, managing communications, organizing activities, and assisting with special projects. The Senior Administrative Assistant will also handle tasks such as document preparation, database management, research, budget monitoring, and coordinating training programs. IDEAL CANDIDATE

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

A typical way of obtaining the knowledge, skills and abilities outlined above is graduation from graduation from high school or G.E.D. equivalent; and four years of increasingly responsible administrative support or secretarial experience; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
