Our client in Springdale, AR is seeking a reliable and experienced Supervisor to join their team on 2nd shift. This is a great opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is flexible with scheduling, including working overtime and extended shifts as needed. The Supervisor position is critical to the success of the operation and will involve leading a team while ensuring productivity, safety, and quality standards are met consistently. The standard hours for this Supervisor role are 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, but candidates must be open to working additional hours. This includes the possibility of coming in up to 4 hours before the scheduled shift or staying up to 4 hours after the shift ends, depending on the needs of the business. There may also be periods where a 12-hour shift or a 7-day workweek is required. Flexibility and a strong work ethic are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee day-to-day operations of the 2nd shift team, ensuring goals and deadlines are consistently met.
· Provide leadership and guidance to production staff to maintain a productive and motivated workforce.
· Enforce company policies and procedures, including safety and quality protocols.
· Communicate effectively with other shifts and departments to ensure smooth workflow and issue resolution.
· Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching and support.
· Monitor performance and provide feedback to help employees improve and succeed.
Qualifications:
· Previous supervisory or team lead experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment required.
· Must be highly dependable and able to work a flexible schedule, including overtime and weekends.
· Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods of time.
