WHAT YOU WILL DO

• End-to-End Case Oversight: Expertly manage personal injury cases from initial client intake through to lawsuit filing, ensuring smooth progress and unparalleled attention to detail at every stage.
• Litigation Process Mastery: Skillfully navigate discovery procedures, meticulously prepare and organize trial exhibits, and craft essential legal documentation for diverse proceedings.
• Medical Coordination & Advocacy: Proactively manage client medical appointments with specialized physicians, fostering seamless communication and ensuring optimal care.
• Comprehensive Records Administration: Maintain meticulous organization of medical records and billing information within our case management system, guaranteeing data integrity and easy access.
• Strategic Information Acquisition: Play a key role in compiling information for discovery responses and expedite medical record and bill retrieval through diligent follow-up.
• Proactive Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular, informative updates and courteous communication.
• Collaborative Team Partnership: Foster a cohesive and efficient team environment by working closely with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• 3+ years of experience in litigation (incl. personal injury)
• Organizational skills and meticulousness
• Proven ability to thrive independently and in a team while researching, managing complex cases, and meeting deadlines
• Track record for excellent verbal and written communication skills while demonstrating professionalism and commitment to clients and legal teams
