We are looking for a skilled and reliable  Pallet Builder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, repairing, and customizing wooden or plastic pallets for shipping and storage. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to use hand tools and power equipment safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble new wooden pallets using hand tools, power tools, and nail guns.
• Repair damaged pallets by replacing broken boards and securing loose parts.
• Measure, cut, and shape wood according to specifications.
• Ensure pallets meet quality standards for durability and size.
• Load and unload pallets for storage and transportation.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety guidelines and wear proper protective equipment.
• Operate machinery such as saws, nail guns, and forklifts (if certified).
• Perform basic maintenance on tools and equipment as needed.

Requirements:

• Must own Power Tools (Impact Drill Set).
• Must be willing to work overtime.
• Previous experience in woodworking, construction, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and follow work orders and measurements.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Forklift certification (a plus).
• Spanish Speaking.
