We are seeking an experienced Oracle Xstore Functional Consultant with 10+ years of expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Xstore POS solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end-users to deliver high-quality retail POS solutions, ensuring smooth operations and business continuity.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 8-10 years of experience as a Functional Consultant in Oracle Xstore POS implementation and support.
• Hands-on experience in retail POS solutions, store operations, and payments.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Retail Suite, including integration with Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS), Oracle Retail Customer Engagement (ORCE), Oracle SIM, and e-commerce platforms.
• Experience in requirement gathering, functional design, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
• Ability to work with technical teams for integrations, configurations, and customizations.
• Good understanding of SQL queries, troubleshooting logs, and APIs for issue resolution.
• Experience in agile methodologies and working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
