Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Functional Consultant (Manufacturing) with over 10 years of experience, specifically in Production Support . The ideal candidate should have deep functional knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) in the Manufacturing modules and be able to work in a fast-paced support environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide production support for Oracle EBS Manufacturing modules (WIP, BOM, INV, Costing, etc.)
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues raised by end users.
• Work closely with business users to understand requirements and provide functional solutions.
• Coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution and enhancements.
• Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.
• Support system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and timely issue resolution.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for all functional processes and changes.

Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle EBS Functional support.
• Strong expertise in Manufacturing modules – WIP, BOM, Inventory, Costing, etc.
• Proven experience in Production Support in a global delivery model.
• Good understanding of EBS integration with other modules (like OM, PO, Finance).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
