As a Merchandise Sales Associate, you will engage with guests, provide exceptional service, and drive sales by demonstrating products and suggesting purchases. Your responsibilities include maintaining the sales floor, stocking merchandise, and ensuring cleanliness in the retail location. • Displays merchandise and suggestively sells products to guests emphasizing key selling points or sales promotions.
• Demonstrates and sells merchandise to guests utilizing knowledge of product.
• Assists guests with making purchases.
• Monitors sales floor to avoid/deter theft of merchandise.
• Stocks shelves, fixtures, gondolas, counters, and racks with merchandise.
• Maintains the cleanliness of designated retail location.
