Position Overview: Loan Documentation Processor
Hourly Rate: $21.38 p/hr
Schedule: Weekdays - 07:00 AM - 04:00 PM
Location: 801 Walnut St, Des Moines, IA 50309 - 100% ON SITE
Duration: 6 months with possible contract extension based on performance

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze applicant and property information to identify potential issues or concerns
• Review and verify loan documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or questions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of loan processing activities
• Navigate multiple systems to input and update loan information
• Communicate effectively via email and internal systems to facilitate smooth loan processing

Qualifications:
• 1-2+ years of experience in loan processing, financial services, or document review
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Computer savvy with experience using multiple systems and databases
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly via email
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks
