Job Description

What you'll Do: 

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to design and implement analytics solutions that address critical healthcare provider and payer challenges. 
• Analyze large, complex datasets from healthcare sources (e.g., claims, contracts, and operational data) to generate actionable insights. 
• Create interactive and visually engaging dashboards and reports. 
• Develop predictive models and other statistical techniques to forecast trends, optimize processes, and inform decision-making. 
• Integrate cognitive and generative AI models into data workflows. 
• Automate data collection, cleansing, and transformation pipelines for real-time and scalable analytics and insights. 
• Monitor, validate, and ensure the accuracy of data and analytics models. 
• Communicate complex findings in a clear and actionable way to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

 
Who You Are: 

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar roles, preferably in healthcare or SaaS environments. 
• Strong skills in SQL for querying and managing large datasets. 
• Experience with programming languages for data analysis and machine learning. 
• Knowledge of predictive analytics, statistical modeling, and data science methodologies and tools. 
• Familiarity with AI technologies, including cognitive or generative AI, and their application in business workflows. 
• Proficiency in data visualization tools. 
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. 
• Strong communication skills for presenting insights and collaborating across teams. 
• Bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, statistics, healthcare informatics, or a related field. 

  Great to Have:

• Experience with healthcare data formats (e.g., claims, EHR, payer-provider contracts). 
• Experience with Data Integration and ETL. 
• Familiarity with cloud platforms for data warehousing, data processing, and model deployment (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
