Customer Service Representative job opportunity available in the Dayton, NJ 08810 market

$20 per hour / $41,600

8:30am - 5pm

Monday - Friday

Temporary to Hire position

Pay day is every Friday while on the Staffing Firm's payroll

 

- Seeking candidates with the following skills and experience:

• Seeking a candidate with preferably 1 year of experience working in a professional office environment
• Business to Business and or Business to Consumer Customer Service is a plus but not required
• Candidate must be comfortable speaking on the phone
• Candidate will be working with Customers and Businesses over the phone as well as over email and at times in-person.
• Selected candidate will be providing Customer Service for Shipping & Delivery issues
• Proficient typing skills, data entry, Outlook, Word, & Excel (basic) skills are required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
• Candidate must be able to commit to working the assigned schedule, Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm
• Good attendance is vital in this position
• Candidate with a concept of kitchen remodeling or design is a plus but not needed.
