About us: Amazing Seasun Games is an international games developer focused on creating high-quality games across PC, mobile, and console. Our teams are composed of industry veterans with a shared mission of creating industry-leading video game experiences.

This role will be based out of our newly created US Publishing Headquarters located in Irvine, California in a hybrid capacity with three fixed days a week in-office and remaining two days wfh. This role will focus on supporting our most recent upcoming title, Mecha BREAK.

About the role: The Artist will be collaborating with the in house creative services and content 

marketing and social media teams as well as the domestic publishing, development and design 

teams to support the production of diverse marketing and social media focused assets; 

• Illustrate and paint-up a wide range of subject matter including characters, Strikers, props, environments, FX and UI elements.
• Design motion graphics concepts such as custom text, lower thirds and CTA end screens.
• Ensure that all deliverables meet project requirements, brand guidelines, and technical specifications.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Be able to iterate on designs based on constructive feedback.
• Able to bring clarity to vision and define actionable goals. ● Ability to tell a story with a static shot alone. 

Pre-Requisites :

• Have 5+ years of design/production experience with an ad agency or in-house design team in the gaming industry. Have a portfolio showcasing a wide range of illustrations that demonstrate strong expertise in anatomy, shape design, perspective, composition and color theory.
• Are proficient in industry-standard software and tools, such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively work with artists, designers, and other team members.
• You are comfortable presenting creative concepts and capable of articulating the rationale behind design decisions. Familiarity with shooters and the “Mech” genre as a whole
