JOB OVERVIEW:
We are currently searching for a company, Corporate Director of Human Resources, for Sun Hill Properties Inc. The Corporate Director of Human Resources will support new initiatives through leadership, guidance and support in line with the company wide objectives. We are currently in a growth phase. The company is growing by adding rooms to their existing hotels. We need a strategic, hands-on HR leader who can help guide them into the next phase as an organization.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Functional responsibilities will include organizational development, automation of HR processing and tracking systems, enhancement of positive team member relations that include fairly balanced recognition & appreciation initiatives, mentoring, and overall regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate should be a seasoned HR professional able to redefine a hotel culture that ensures evident display of service excellence, effective communication at all levels, total team member engagement and enables entire work force to reach their maximum potential.
