The Driver Swingman plays a vital role in the delivery process for Johnson Brothers by covering routes and making pallet deliveries. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, beginning at 5:00 am until completion or as business needs dictate. This is a labor-intensive role and our Delivery Drivers will be responsible for moving products repeatedly throughout the day. Responsibilities: Make deliveries to warehouse clubs or specialty wine shops. Check-in merchandise and keep up with the paperwork that is generated by a route. Help other drivers on routes. Job Requirements: Must have Class A or B license. Good motor vehicle record for at least 3 years. High school diploma or equivalent. Must be able to obtain ABC Wholesale Salesman Permit. Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs. repeatedly, and use a hand truck, pallet jack or cart. Must be computer literate. Candidate must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check and a post offer physical.
