Position Overview We are seeking a Chief Marketing & Growth Officer to lead enterprise customer acquisition and revenue growth. This executive will oversee digital marketing, events, partnerships, and business development teams to attract and engage enterprise leads, setting these relationships up for success with the sales team. Key Goals for the First 12 Months Maintain and strengthen EcoEnclose’s brand as an innovation leader in sustainable packaging. Drive $10 million in new business in the first year, with 50% revenue growth annually thereafter. Generate over 1,000 discovery meetings with enterprise brands. Responsibilities Develop and optimize a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy focused on high-value lead generation. Oversee inbound and outbound demand-generation efforts, building predictable growth systems. Optimize lead capture, nurturing, and conversion processes to maximize revenue. Use data-driven insights to improve marketing and sales funnel efficiency. Lead four functional areas: Digital Marketing, Events, Partnership Sales, and Business Development, ensuring alignment and performance metrics. Manage agency relationships and support tools to ensure strong results. Coordinate with sales leadership to maximize conversion rates. Foster a culture of innovation, data-driven decision-making, and high performance. Performance Management & OKRs Establish and track Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for discovery meetings and revenue goals. Create a predictable budgeting and forecasting system for marketing initiatives. Regularly analyze performance and report progress to the executive team. Qualifications 10+ years of leadership in B2B marketing, demand generation, or revenue growth. Proven success in executing growth-driving marketing and sales strategies. Experience managing multi-functional teams in high-growth environments. Expertise in ABM/ABX, inbound marketing, paid media, content marketing, and CRM automation. Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and strategic skills. Compensation $180,000 - $240,000 base salary, with potential for 50%+ performance bonuses.
