**Hiring for Batch Mixer paying up to $24/hour in Chicago Heights, IL.**
**Job Description:**
+ The candidate will Batch Mixer and engage in daily safety meetings, receive and follow batch sheets to formulate chemicals.
+ Handle raw materials including liquids and powders from drums, totes, and bags.
+ Your responsibilities will include pouring materials into reactors and monitoring machinery like pumps, mixers, and milling machines.
+ Communicate effectively with the next shift and supervisors about batch records.
+ You will start with laborer tasks and gradually progress to fully perform formulating and batch-mixing roles.
+ Flexibility in assisting with packaging and staging orders is essential.
+ Manufacturing Experience - 3 years
+ Blending, formulating, chemical operating, batch mixing experience.
**Pay & Shift:**
+ _1st_ shift - 7:30am-4pm - $21.80
+ 2 _nd_ shift - 3:30- midnight - $22.90
+ 3rd shift - 11:30pm- 8:00am - $24.00
