POSITION SUMMARY

The Business Development Representative will play a key role in driving the company’s growth by creating new opportunities and building lasting client relationships. This role will focus on outbound sales and lead management, engaging commercial property managers and director-level prospects to deliver landscaping, snow removal, and construction solutions that make an impact. The ideal candidate will be coachable, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment, collaborating with internal teams to provide tailored services.

OBJECTIVES

  • The BDR will spend 75% of their time generating leads and securing commercial clients through various outreach methods (Cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, events, etc.) to new clients
  • Schedule virtual and onsite client meetings with clients and internal executives
  • Collaborate with operations, project management, and account teams to close new business and identify growth opportunities with existing clients.
  • Utilize Hubspot CRM to track sales activities, manage client interactions, and follow Wild Ridge’s sales process.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets by generating new prospects and closing deals.
  • Deliver impactful presentations to clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment on business solutions.
  • Receive competitive compensation for sales success and regularly report to the CEO and Director of Growth.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience
  • Proficient in Hubspot CRM, business communication (email), and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • In-depth understanding of the B2B buyer’s journey and sales process.
  • Must have valid Driver’s License

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Extended periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Frequent travel to various locations within Indianapolis to meet with prospective clients.
