Base Salary: $67,000 + Variable Compensation

Work Model: Hybrid – 4 days in the office, 1 day remote

Key Responsibilities

As a BDR, you will:

  • Develop and qualify prospects through research, outbound calls, emails, and social media engagement.
  • Present IFS as a valuable solution by identifying business improvement opportunities for prospective clients.
  • Build relationships within target industries and organizations, focusing on decision-makers and influencers.
  • Work collaboratively with sales and pre-sales teams to set up impactful meetings and create tailored account-based strategies.
  • Effectively communicate the functional benefits of IFS solutions, adapting messaging to align with the prospect’s industry and challenges.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and report progress internally.
  • Actively contribute to pipeline development and the achievement of sales goals.

What We’re Looking For

  • A self-starter who is enthusiastic, ambitious, and hungry to succeed in a consultative sales environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, especially via phone and email, with a keen ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Strong research and organizational skills, ensuring informed and strategic engagement with prospects.
  • A team player with the drive to meet and exceed targets.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is not required – we’re looking for individuals with the right mindset and determination to thrive in this role.

The Recruitment Process
