Schedule:

  • Full-time, in-office position. ( NO hybrid or work from home positions)
  • Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM shift.
  • Set, predictable hours to support your work-life balance.

Position: Background Check Researcher

As a Background Check Researcher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that background checks are processed accurately. Your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to thoroughness will directly impact the success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process electronic backgrounds while ensuring compliance with Federal and State laws.
  • Verify professional licenses to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Conduct exclusionary searches and verify criminal records as part of our comprehensive background check services.
  • Maintain consistent communication internally and with clients.
  • Work effectively within deadlines to deliver timely and accurate results.
