This position reports to the property manager.\n\n\nPrimary Responsibilities Include:\n\nGreet prospective residents and give tours while determining housing needs, preferences, and close leads\nAssist new residents with leasing paperwork, including applications, lease agreements, and employment/credit checks\nCollect security deposits, rent, and any other charges associated with resident move-ins\nCommunicate all lease and community policies to new and current residents\nFollow up with all leads and prospects that did not lease\nEnsure apartments are move-in ready by inspecting, and adding last-minute touches when appropriate\nSeek out new residents with creative marketing techniques\nManage the lease renewal process and retention efforts\nPromptly responding to calls, emails, and inquiries\n\nIdeal candidates have experience in customer service, sales, leasing, real estate, hospitality, or retail and excel at engaging with different personalities.
