This position reports to the property manager.\n\nPrimary Responsibilities Include:\n\nGreet prospective residents and give tours while determining housing needs, preferences, and close leads\nAssist new residents with leasing paperwork, including applications, lease agreements, and employment/credit checks\nCollect security deposits, rent, and any other charges associated with resident move-ins\nCommunicate all lease and community policies to new and current residents\nFollow up with all leads and prospects that did not lease\nEnsure apartments are move-in ready by inspecting, and adding last-minute touches when appropriate\nSeek out new residents with creative marketing techniques\nManage the lease renewal process and retention efforts\nPromptly responding to calls, emails, and inquiries\n\nIdeal candidates thrive in fast-paced environments and have experience in customer service, sales, leasing, real estate, hospitality, or retail.
